You can relax and join Master Coach and Trainer Sandra Leigh for easy and mindful sessions of office specific exercise, delivered in a Pilates based method of movement style from the comfort of your own home or office.  Sandra and her team have spent years working with injuries caused by repetitive and faulty workplace postures and all of the routines are specifically designed to prevent the damage that these environments cause. 

BUSINESSES – When we address both physical and mental health in the workplace there is a direct impact and increase in workplace productivity, staff retention, a reduction in sick leave and or workplace injury. After these sessions you and your team will start the day or face the rest of your workday feeling energised, stress free, ready to focus, finish strong and get done what you need to do without the usual ‘exhausting afternoon drag’ and brain fog.

These sessions are easy for all levels of fitness, beginners are especially welcome. You and the team will learn easy to do every day simple mindful practices to increase productivity, leave feeling amazing and ready to power through the rest of the day!

The sessions are time efficient at 30 minutes with
an optional 15 minutes meditation
