Sandra Leigh is a dedicated and certified Qigong instructor with a passion for helping individuals harness the power of this ancient Chinese practice to improve their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

 

With years of experience as a professional Pilates instructor she has recently incorporated her passion for Qigong into her wellbeing toolbox after experiencing the gentle transformation of her physical body, mind and spiritual self through her Qigong practise.

Sandra’s journey into the world of Qigong began with her own quest for a deeper inner balance and health. She discovered that Qigong not only improved her physical health but also enhanced her mental clarity and emotional stability, especially after the several years of Covid stress in her business.

 

Driven by the profound personal benefits she experienced, she committed herself to sharing the wisdom of Qigong with others.

As a certified instructor, Sandra Leigh combines her expertise in Qigong with a nurturing teaching style that welcomes participants of all backgrounds and fitness levels. Her sessions are designed to introduce Qigong’s fundamental principles and techniques in a supportive and accessible manner.
