Sandra Leigh is a highly experienced facilitator, professional Pilates instructor, Qigong teacher, coach, and trainer, serving successfully as the founder and operator of Sandra Leigh Training and Pilates Success at Peregian Beach on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland since 2012.
With over a decade of dedicated work in the health and wellbeing field Sandra has made significant contributions to the industry and the holistic wellbeing of individuals.
In addition to her diverse range of roles, Sandra has gained recognition for delivering numerous workshops and organising health and wellbeing retreats.
Her expertise has been sought after not only on the Sunshine Coast but also as a valued crew member at various international events.

Great question! Our 30 day challenge is a laser-focused, action-packed program designed to help you achieve remarkable results in just a few days. It's a burst of energy and learning to propel you forward in your health and wellbeing journey. During the process we want to feel supported and draw on our expertise so that you make the change you seek.
The challenge runs for, you guessed it, 30 days. It's designed to be easy to access, challenging at times , yet manageable, so you can fit it into your busy schedule.. Though it is recommended to complete in 30 days, if something comes up, all you need to do is continue where you left off or for greater results start at the beginning again.
Allow 20-30 minutes every day to complete the challenge. This does not count for your own personal exercise time which is highly recommended.
We're all about results! By the end of this challenge, you'll have the skills, knowledge, and confidence on all things health renewal and wellbeing. Ultimately your results are up to you, the more you apply your self the more results you get. It's a transformation you won't want to miss.
Do I need any special tools or equipment to participate?
Nope, just your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. We keep it simple, so you can focus on the content and not get bogged down with technical stuff. Make sure that you have private space away from kids, family and other distractions so that you gain the most out of this challenge. A good internet connection is helpful and make sure you bring your journal and a pen to the pre- recorded sessions
I have never done Qigong, what do I need to know?
Qigong is a meditative mindful movement exercise originally from China. It is a known healing modality based on Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM. I teach a modern form and it is taught standing up, however if you have been unwell , it is a good idea to have a chair nearby.. It is easy , slow and suitable for beginners. The routines are short and will also involve breathing and stillness practises.
Will I receive support during the challenge?
You bet! We've got a fantastic community of like-minded participants, and our team is here to guide you every step of the way. You won't be going it alone. We have the women over 40 Facebook group and you also have the option to upgrade to some private coaching sessions with Sandra if you feel you want some extra personal support. As well, you will also receive weekly support and motivation coaching emails to help keep you accountable and on track !
What if I need extra support during the challenge?
When we start diving into our belief systems, it is not uncommon for old wounds to surface and create some painful emotional imbalance. In Qigong this is called a chi reaction and is a very normal part of emotional, phycological and spiritual transformation. If this happens , please reach out to Sandra Leigh, if she cannot help you, she will recommend one of the very capable and professional practitioners from her holistic health network. If you have had previous high levels of trauma or phycological problems , this training may not be equipped to support you to the degree you might need and it is then recommended that you seek professional advice before starting this program.
