Sandra Leigh is a deeply experienced facilitator, Pilates instructor, Yoga and Qigong teacher, coach, and trainer. Since 2012, she has been the founder and operator of

Sandra Leigh Training and Pilates Success

—a thriving wellness studio based in Peregian Beach on the Sunshine Coast.

With over a decade of dedicated service in the health and wellbeing space, Sandra has played a meaningful role in supporting holistic transformation for hundreds of women. Her work blends movement, mindfulness, and empowerment—offering a unique approach that nurtures both physical and emotional wellbeing.

She is well-recognised for delivering impactful workshops and hosting soulful retreats, both locally and internationally. As a sought-after crew member at global events, Sandra brings depth, presence, and wisdom to every space she enters.

Sandra’s passion lies in mindful movement—especially Pilates, Qigong and Yoga —which she shares as powerful tools for cultivating awareness, calm, and resilience. Her work is rooted in supporting women through life’s transitions, including the emotional layers of trauma, stress, and change—gently guiding them back to balance through stillness and embodied practice.

Sarah Aldridge

Sarah Aldridge is a certified yoga teacher with 550 hours of in-person training under Michelle Freeman at the Nambour Yoga Centre, completed in 2024. With a focus on slow-flow and gentle yoga, Sarah brings a deeply inclusive approach, making yoga accessible and nourishing for every body.

Her passion for yoga philosophy and mindful movement

shines through in every session she leads. Sarah is not only a skilled teacher—she’s a warm presence and an advocate for creating safe, supportive spaces where students can reconnect with themselves and grow with grace.
